Live presence
Online, busy, focus, on a call, or offline — updated in real time as people work. No manual status to remember to set.
Presence for remote teams
A live presence layer for remote teams — who’s online, in focus, or on a call, at a glance. It reads the Slack and Meet you already run, and adds no chat or video of its own.
The remote gap
In an office you just knowwho’s at their desk, who’s heads-down, and who’s stuck in a meeting. Remote work erased that signal. So you ping and wait, or you interrupt someone’s deep work because there was no way to tell. Verimony brings the ambient awareness back — quietly, in one glance.
What you get
Everything points at one outcome — knowing who’s available right now, without asking.
Online, busy, focus, on a call, or offline — updated in real time as people work. No manual status to remember to set.
Reads calls from Slack and meetings from Google Calendar, so presence is automatic. A visibility layer — not another chat or video channel.
Mirror how your company is actually shaped. Drag-and-drop structure that admins shape and everyone else just reads.
Getting started
Sign up with email or Google, name your organisation, and create your first team. Takes a minute.
Send secure, expiring invite links. People join with one click and pick the team they belong to.
Optional — but this is where presence turns automatic. Calls and meetings update status on their own.
Open the workspace and watch presence light up. Status rings tell you who to reach now and who to leave be.
Plays well with others
No chat to migrate, no video to learn. Presence flows from where work already happens.
Verimony reads call and huddle activity from Slack, so a teammate flips to “on a call” automatically. Jump straight into a Slack DM from any avatar.
Meetings on your connected calendar set your status to busy while they run, then release it the moment they end. Zero manual toggling.
The positioning
Roam, Gather and Tandem try to recreate the office — a place to log into, an avatar to move, a whole HQ bundling its own chat and video. The stack already exists. Verimony just adds the one thing it’s missing: a glanceable read on who’s around.
Built to be trusted
Every table is guarded. No user ever sees data belonging to another organisation — enforced in the database, not just the app.
We store only the SHA-256 hash of each invite. A leaked database dump can’t be used to redeem an invitation.
Presence is a status colour — available, busy, focus. Verimony never tracks what you’re working on or what you type.
